About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role will help our clients by focusing on building, maintaining and improving our proprietary applications, supporting business-critical systems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, experience in working in a highly technical team, and a user-centric approach to deploying technology solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders across our clients’ organisations to develop their technology capabilities, enhance security compliance, and provide technical solutions to complex challenges. With a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring their systems remain robust, scalable, and aligned with their business goals.

Your responsibilities

Determining technical requirements and resources to establish work schedules and sprint expectations

Designing technical specifications for new features, programs and applications.

Analysing and finding any impacts that that technical changes may have on business and technical processes

Supervising and motivating development teams to improve their efficiency and productivity

Design client-side and server-side architecture

Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Write effective APIs

Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

Create security and data protection settings

Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

Write technical documentation

Performing continuous research on emerging technologies to stay updated with the best alternatives and to improve our existing architecture

Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

Implementing best practices and coding standards

Writing advanced programming code

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer

Advanced knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Advanced knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)

In-depth understanding of computers, operating systems and system security

Proficiency in technical drawing and the ability to interpret technical designs

Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

Experience creating and maintaining databases

Extensive experience in AWS

Knowledge of CI/CD systems

Troubleshooting and analytical skills

Job Type:

Hybrid: Combination of remote work and on-site collaboration at our Mumbai office

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm. (UK Time)

Salary: As per market standard/Negotiable
