Remote Frontend Developer | Salary 2 to 6 LPA

We use data-driven design to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic. By analyzing visitor behavior, we design solutions that drive conversions and measure their impact with A/B testing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into interactive web applications.
• Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
• Incorporate interactivity, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement and usability.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure feature compatibility and responsiveness across different browsers and devices.
• Optimize UI elements, navigation flows, and interaction patterns to improve user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Extreme attention to detail in translating designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive web/mobile design.
• Strong understanding of Client-Server Architecture and the DOM.
• Experience integrating front-end interactions using JavaScript and jQuery (Experience with animations & micro-interactions is a plus).
• Experience developing responsive designs with media queries.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of work.
• Proven experience estimating work accurately and delivering on milestones.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to take direction, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
