Position : MERN Stack Developer
Experience : 1 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities :
– Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
– Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to deliver end-to-end solutions for the web applications.
– Build efficient and reusable front-end components with React.js that are responsive and user-friendly.
– Implement server-side logic, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
– Manage and optimize database operations with MongoDB to handle large-scale, high-performance data needs.
– Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code while following best practices in both front-end and back-end development.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack and implement solutions in a timely manner.
– Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the development process modern and efficient.
– Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement attractive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
– Ensure the application is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
– Participate in code reviews, maintain version control using Git, and contribute to agile sprint planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
– Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role in web development.
– Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
– Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end development and Node.js with Express.js for back-end development.
– Solid understanding of MongoDB and its integration within full-stack applications.
– Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
– Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
– Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
– Good understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization.
