• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Technology savvy

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate would be trained to perform the following responsibilities:
• Develop bespoke eLearning solutions for a variety of subjects and industries
• Analyze learning aims and objectives and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design solutions that align with the requirements
• Attend client meetings
• Apply Adult Learning theories and practice
• Develop innovative ideas for eLearning courses
• Content creation for blogs/ website
• Work on instructional/curriculum design, particularly for online delivery/eLearning
• Design and develop infographics, images, videos, emailers, etc. to be used for digital marketing/eLearning courses
• Write online newsletters and promotional emails
• Creation of PowerPoint/Word Storyboards from the base content
• Other activities, as suggested from time to time
